Aussie’s Mate wants customers with disability to be able to browse, understand product information, contact us and complete a purchase with dignity and independence.

Our approach

We aim to align the storefront with WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles through keyboard access, visible focus, readable contrast, semantic headings, text alternatives and responsive layouts. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and this statement is not a claim that every page or third-party service is fully conformant.

Third-party services

Checkout, payment, reviews, tracking and other functions may be provided by third parties. We will work to address barriers we control and pass relevant reports to a provider where appropriate.

Use the Contact page and choose the accessibility topic, or email aussiesmateinfo@gmail.com. Please include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, the device/browser and any assistive technology used. We will acknowledge the report and work toward a practical alternative or fix.
