Clear before you send anything back

Returns, refunds & fair outcomes.

If something is faulty, damaged, wrong, missing, unsafe or materially different from its description, we will assess it fairly. We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns at launch.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights still apply

Nothing on this page limits a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Usually eligible for assessment

Issues usually eligible for assessment

  • A product arrives faulty or damaged
  • The wrong product or variant arrives
  • An item or essential part is missing
  • The product is materially different from its description, images or specifications
  • The product is unsafe or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee
  • An order is not received within a reasonable time after the estimate and carrier investigation

Not a return reason by itself

Reasons not covered by our voluntary return policy

  • Your dog does not like, use or show interest in the product
  • You changed your mind, no longer need it or found it cheaper elsewhere
  • The wrong size, colour, style or variant was selected
  • Damage came from misuse, destructive chewing, incorrect cleaning or normal wear
  • An incorrect or incomplete address was entered at checkout
  • A used food-contact or hygiene item is being returned only for preference

A simple process

Four steps, no guessing.

  1. 1
    Open Order Help

Submit the order number, order email, product and a factual description.

  2. 2
    Prepare useful evidence

Keep the item, packaging, shipping label, photos and video where relevant.

  3. 3
    Wait for written instructions

Do not return to the sender or an overseas warehouse unless we confirm the address.

  4. 4
    Receive the confirmed remedy

The outcome may be a refund, replacement, repair or another remedy required by law.

Can I return it because my dog does not like it?

Not by itself. Dogs are individuals, and interest cannot be guaranteed. This does not remove your rights if the product is faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee.

Who pays return postage?

If a product problem is confirmed, reasonable return postage will be reimbursed where required by Australian Consumer Law, or another suitable return arrangement will be provided. Do not send anything before receiving instructions.

Can a used feeding or licking product be returned?

We do not accept voluntary returns of used food-contact or hygiene products. That hygiene rule does not remove rights for a faulty product or another failure of a consumer guarantee.

How long does an approved refund take?

We process an approved refund to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when it appears and might require additional business days.
